Effective Communication in a European Context is for professionals who want to develop their communication skills.
Teachers, teacher trainers, careers officers, educational guides and educational managers are eligible for EU funding for this course.
The course consists of 4 weeks pre-course eLearning, 1 week of training at Anglolang and a post-course eLearning phase. The course aims to develop communcations skills for EU cooperation and training sessions can include:

- Negotiating Strategies and Skills
- Telephoning
- Making Presentations
- Intercultural Awareness
- Report Writing
This course is listed in the Comenius - Grundtvig Training Database, therefore funding is available for eligible EU participants. The course code is UK-2008-670-008. Successful funding applications will cover course fees, homestay accommodation, travel and expenses. Applications for funding for this course are invited through your through your National Agency .

The highly effective combination of eLearning and classroom-based teaching is known as blended learning. The material for the eLearning phases has been written by Anglolang’s own eLearning team. Each participant on this course has a personal tutor who provides individual feedback on eLearning exercises.
