How do I apply for Comenius/Grundtvig funding?
1. Choose the teachers' course which you would like to join at Anglolang
2. Download and save the Course description of your chosen course from our website. You will need this information later to apply for funding.
3. Contact Anglolang to pre-register by either:
- emailing communicate@anglolang.co.uk
- calling +44 (0) 1723 367141
- downloading the Pre-registration form and returning it to the contact details on the form. On the pre-registration form, tick the box, 'If you are applying for an EU grant, please tick here'.
4. We will send you a Pre-registration document, showing that a place has been reserved for you. This document will also show the costs of the course and accommodation.
5. Apply to your National Agency for funding by downloading and completing the application form from your National Agency's website.
6. Download our 'Guide to completing your funding application'. This will help you to complete your National Agency application form.
7. When you have completed your National Agency application form, don’t forget to validate, print and sign a copy. Send one original application form and two photocopied signed application forms to your National Agency and attach the following documents:
- Anglolang’s Pre-registration document
- Anglolang’s Course description
Remember to keep copies for yourself.
8. Submit your completed application form by the deadline to your National Agency in your country.

Be aware that deadlines may vary in different countries, so please check with your National Agency
9. If your National Agency declines your application, please tell us as soon as possible by emailing communicate@anglolang.co.uk or calling +44 (0) 1723 367141 to cancel your reserved place.
